Key questions before you start.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can try goCAD for free — no credit card. We set up a demo tenant with sample data, optionally with your own machines and materials.
What's the minimum term?
3 months. After that the contract continues with a 3-month notice period. No annual commitment, no hidden renewal clauses.
What if I exceed 1,000 quotes per month?
We agree a custom volume package — typically with bulk discount. Just reach out as soon as you can see you'll regularly exceed it.
Is onboarding really included?
Yes. We set up the initial digital twin (machine park, materials, cutting parameters, hourly rates) and train your team. No separate surcharge, no "implementation fee".
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, anytime. If you start with sheet metal and later add machining, you switch to the complete package — without re-onboarding.
How does goCAD integrate with ERP?
Via REST API or PDF/CSV/XML export — depending on the ERP. We already have integrations for common mid-market systems (e.g. MonitorERP). We discuss details during onboarding.
Is there GDPR / data protection support?
We host in Germany, are GDPR-compliant and sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with every customer. Our data protection officer is reachable at info@gocad.de.
